Physical Therapy in MINNESOTA

Nancy P. Nichols - RPT (clad in bikini) watching her "disabled" 55 year old patient (and father of child conceived in her marriage to the author) painting "her" house. The picture is captured from a video tape file made by an insurance fraud detective. At the time, 3 time Workmen's Comp patient Jim Adams, was attempting to obtain an additional $250,000. from State Farm Insurance in Federal District Court. The attempt failed, in part, owing to the related investigation... which revealed that he had an "unusual relationship" with his "Physical Therapist".

The medical profession has long admonished it's member's emotional involvement with patients...and more especially sexual involvement. After learning of such activity, members of management at the Minneapolis based Fairview Hospital Systems chose to essentially "look the other way", even after a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), disclosed that "someone" apparently had removed all of the patient records of James Francis Adams.

The Physical Therapist in question has well over a decade long history of multiple extra marital affairs and promiscuous sexual involvement with her patients, while in multiple marriages. As a Physical Therapist for Fairview Hospitals, she conceived a child with a married, male patient who is allegedly "disabled" and making the equivalent of a $68,000+ yearly salary, after filing 5 workmen's compensation claims as a truck driver... his success owing in part, to her validation of his disability. The patient's appreciation for her "service" is further evidenced in a video tape made by an insurance fraud detective, of him painting her two story house, as she watched on...clad only in a bikini bathing suit. What is more, she further conspired to collect child support from her estranged husband, as she kept the two year old child's paternity a secret until forced to reveal the truth through court testimony and D.N.A. testing. Undaunted throughout the process, she was actually promoted to a supervisor's position and then a director's job...after the sudden death of her boss... from a "rare blood disease". Almost immediately she began a relationship with her (now deceased) boss's husband, a Princeton coach and school teacher. When the Minnesota Board of Medical Ethics requested an investigation by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA)...all of the hospital records of the male patient, linking her involvement with him had "mysteriously disappeared".... She was subsequently demoted, but remains on the staff as a fully licensed physical therapist and member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
