Insert the color(s) and/or usual marking of the aircraft.
Example: -- Wht / Blu -- Beige / Blue stripe -- Olive drab camouflage -- Not Painted (silver)
Remarks:
RE: - Other remarks related to survival equipment. This is an additional "remarks field" in the AFSS / Model1-FC computer screen which is intended for information which will not be transmitted out of the facility. DO NOT use this field for "FULL ROUTE CLEARANCE" (FRC) information. When necessary, "FRC" is to be placed in the "RM:" field with the prefix "RMK/" and "FRC". (See "RM:" in flight plan information).
Pilot-In-Command:
Insert the name of the pilot in command, along with a responsible, available source of emergency information, who is knowledgeable about the aircraft and intended operations of the flight. This may include such a source at either the departure, destination or other location. It is suggested that a 24 hour telephone number be provided, along with Service-B AFTN address (in the case of air carrier or military operators).
