The house has been extensively remodeled and refurnished since our divorce (note the large red dumpster filled with scrap wood and sheet rock located on the concrete pad to the right of the house), along with the exterior being repainted...by a "total disability" patient of hers (Where did the money come from?) Less than a year before our divorce (after Kent was born) ...I was duped into building the porch and deck, the horse riding ring (which required extensive leveling and the movement of several hundred yards of dirt), horse stables and barn, large dog kennel, satellite TV (adjacent to propane tank) and several thousand feet of additional or replacement fencing...all of which are viewable in the photo...in addition to planting virtually all landscaping in this view. Also note the white Arabian ($3000) to the left of the stable, along with the brown quarter horse, barely in view under the overhang. The stable was wired for 220 VAC service, had extensive internal and external lighting and a second water well for the stock. Note the pickup truck and camper parked in front of the barn. In another manipulative scheme, she had a Brinks security system installed, with signs posted all about, advertising it's presence, so as to apparently convince others how she "lived in fear"....yet another manipulative method of "pretending to be a victim". The shrubbery and trees have been allowed to over grow, so as to almost totally conceal the house from being viewed on the roadway. I find the flag... a curious display of "patriotism"...an interesting "effort" as well. [GPS location: 4538.679N 9344.176W]
The house and all of it's contents were awarded to Nancy by Judge Stephen P. Ruble (a resident of Princeton and also a former PT patient and who's daughter played intramural basketball with Nancy's daughter). Ruble who repetitively addressed me in a condescending tone of voice from the bench.... and who had NO IDEA how Nancy had manipulated him... awarded the house and all of it's contents because.... "of the child in need of a stable home environment". (Even though he knew it was NOT my child... and simultaneously stripped me of many thousands of dollars of equity, to say nothing of the tens of thousands of dollars of improvements. You might also consider that Stephen Ruble was very near the same age as Nancy... and had absolute knowledge of her sexual activities...
Note the corn field to the east side of the property, where the opening photo of James F. Adams (painting the house while on an extension ladder) was taken by an insurance fraud detective under contact with Sentry Insurance...concealed in camouflage clothing while video taping his activities for more than two hours..
